Rain Rain Dont go Away!

1. I made this today: I browned chicken then put in the oven with a sauce I made of: Cilantro, Oregano (both fresh), Salt, Pepper, Tomato, onion, garlic and a small green chili pepper. I blended it and poured it over the chicken and put in the oven for 20min. and served it with rice. It came out "purdyyyy good" yum!
2. I will miss this weather here in texas, (oh its official our tickets to Tucson/Reno have been purchased!) Its raining cats and dogs... well it was...
3. I totally forgot how much Indian Burns hurt... yah my Hubby thought it was funny...me... not so much!
